HOW WAS EARTH HOUR ?

How did you spend your earth hour ?
Okay me first me first . Basically, we were gonna eat duck rice. Yesh, duck rice on EARTH DAY, when we were supposed to go VEGETARIAN D: But it was a good duck. Wheeee. At 8:20, Deborah sms-ed me. She was soooooooo excited. Okie, and then after that my dad lit 5 candles and put them on the table. Then my sister said to just start now since the candles were lit. So yeah, we were 5 minutes early! So we had earth hour + 5 minutes! Aren't we green. Then we switched off all the lights (except for the laundry room light 'cause our maid didn't quite understand ... ) and she thought we were craaazy. So I trieed to explain to her. Haahaha. Yeah, eating in the dark was tough, because I had to squint my eyes to pick a piece of duck. And my brother refused to drink his soup in the dark because he doesn't know what's inside the soup so he didn't drink soup. LOL . Honestly, I had to pee. Real bad. So there was a candle in the toilet watching me pee. And boy, peeing in the dark is romantic. LOL. After that my whole family were sleeping in the living room except for my parents and I. My mother was saying how peaceful it was and that you could hear everything so clearly when you're not distracted. It was true. So peaceful sia. And my father and I were eating rice crackers :DDDD This continued until 9:24 when Deborah sms-ed me. AGAIN. Then since everyone was sleeping, I didn't turn on the lights (except for the kitchen light 'cause of my maid) and went to blog. Hahaha, end of Earth Hour :D


And now I'm going to eeaaaat.
